jasper didn't want to step foot into the hospital room. maybe it was all too familiar for him, seeing an needle in his mom's arm, possibly the sight of nurses and strange buttons on the walls, or maybe it was just the spectacle of it all. so jasper + i had a chat this morning. i told him little sister's can be scary sometimes. i know from experience. afterwards, jasper told me this morning he's excited to meet his sister!
