you'll notice in the daylight, jasper typically keeps his right eye closed. this is due to the fact that we give him eye drops which dilate the pupil, forcing it to remain wider open, even in light. hence, he keeps it closed since it must be sensitive.
in many ways, we look at this as a good sign which means light is entering the eye.
