the feast of epiphany is a very big deal in puerto rico. in some families, it is more important than christmas when it concerns gifts. so the children's section of the hospital had a few visits by various groups of three kings. im uncertain why spiderman and snow white were present. they did speak much english so it was tricky to find out how they snuck in. each time another group came in, mara would well up.
