



while mara took care of the puerto rican beans, the men were left to grill'n. grosser takes his barbeque quite seriously. this means he only roasts with lump charcoal + soaked mosquite woodchips. the rub is also a secret recipe. in addition, the recipe calls for an orange bowl, orange measuring cups, and prepared against an orange backdrop.

I think that I am responsible for those orange items in that orange kitchen. Who would've thought!
I sure hope Grosser washed his hands between the chrarcoal organizing and any food preparation; it sure wood provide a deeper barbecue flavor, otherwise!
