old town pasadena has a pretty cool art installation at the moment. basically, the courtyard's trees are tied with thousands of wish cards filled out by passersby. jasper wrote an eloquent plea of peace, prosperity, and unification for the next president of the US, while i wrote what i want for christmas.

We set up a wish tree in our front yard. Sam wished for an Iphone, Tori wished for getting accepted to college, and I wished for Mom's safe return from San Francisco and the left coast. We expect Sharon to wish for world peace and a new Michael Jackson album. Owwww!
