great news from the this doc appointment. the cornea looks great and now we are back on track to begin placing a contact lens in the eye on tuesday. we've averted the cornea transplant.starting tuesday, we will place the lens in the eye for about an hour, slowly building up to 4-5 hours a day. we will also begin to aggressively patch the left eye to rehab the right one.
