hot off the press
typically, i don't promote convicted tax evasion felons who have magazines named after themselves, but my sister's wedding is inside this one!
in many ways, these beautiful pictures don't do justice to that special day. it was simply too magical to capture.
whew, thank heavens they didn't publish a picture of the renegade priest, but wait...whose wedding has the renegade deacon? i also like the special shout out to sumrall design!

the blog's 1 year anniversary!
it's hard to believe, but mara + i have been doing this little blog for one year now. this commitment to documenting jasper’s first year of life has rewarded us with plenty of pictures and memories. thank you to all who frequently add comments. their humor, sincerity, and encouragement have made producing this day after day so enjoyable. here is the first entry i did one year ago today.

we met up with marny, cooper, + finn on saturday morning at a kids museum next to the golden gate bridge.

later that night, steve + i went to my favorite mexican establishment...none other than la corneta. you may remember this place from my previous posts back in november of last year.
mr huegli + toulon
on my first day there, i was able to grab lunch at steve huegli's favorite vietnamese restaurant near the convention. i caught mr huegli deep in thought.
