wishing trees
old town pasadena has a pretty cool art installation at the moment. basically, the courtyard's trees are tied with thousands of wish cards filled out by passersby. jasper wrote an eloquent plea of peace, prosperity, and unification for the next president of the US, while i wrote what i want for christmas.
